A perfect press release is better than a short daily blog post. It’s better than a personal note written to your best customer. It’s better than your networking events with other local businesses. It’s better than actually chatting with every person you hand your flier to.

Maybe.

Maybe if writing a perfect press release were sustainable. Maybe if perfection in any of your marketing efforts were even possible. Maybe if you had as much time as you needed to get everything just right.

Perfectly tailored press would do wonders for your business. It would be a great marketing strategy - if it worked.

But perfectionism is paralyzing. Sometimes you have to be agile. Sometimes you just have to stop planning your strategy and just start doing stuff.

You will screw up (I promise). You will be okay (I promise).
