Help Your Word of Mouth

Word of mouth is about more than doing a job well and hoping your customers and friends tell someone. You should facilitate word of mouth by making it easier to talk about you.
Write a blog, host a dinner party, help your best customers network with each other.
Do remarkable things.
Word spreads because people want their friends to have all of the wonderful things that they have. The lesson is that while word of mouth is organic, you can deliberately help it spread.
Providing real value to people isn’t faking it.
