Sold… to Very Nice People
Posted by Josh Klein
I recently wrote about being a consumer advocate and not treating every customer the same. Steve lets us know about a great example of both.
The real estate agent whose sign I saw today gets it. His sign said, “Sold… to very nice people”. Usually the sign says “Sold”. One tells a story about the customer, the other about the real estate firm.
Being less self-centered is a long-term marketing investment, often with zero costs. Oh, and it makes you a nicer person.
